2. Company to Reimburse the Successful Quitters:

*Reimbursing those who have put in effort seems to be Highly Successful.
Set a period of 3 months or 6 months that the smoker must remain smoke free in order to get a full or partial reimbursement. You may set this up in stages,
(50% return after 1 month, the other 50% returned after 6 months.)


3. Company pays for employee:

*To insure that employee feels there is a Financial Commitment, there is an understanding that if employee smokes again, they will reimburse Company the full amount paid on their behalf.
